Ever heard of trained volunteers? You should try that. An entire IRC network runs on unpaid volunteer staff but they take a 6-month course. There is free support.

A incompetent and very arrogant person that's too lazy to read and even remotely put in any effort is not worth wasting time on, especially not if that person proceeds to attack the staff here that put it in a ton of work a day to help people.
