Display issue on transferred forum

Hi,
Am in the process of moving a forum from irelandsweather.com/forum/ to 46.22.128.227/forum/ but having display issues on the new forum.  Main menu links not displaying and login options not there.

I copied across forum folder and mysql db.  Also checked all permissions and php.ini requirements.  It is a debian cloud server that it is moving to.

Does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be?

whoops, spoke to soon.

Get error when viewing the forum:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function getUsersOnlineTodayStats() in /var/www/forum/Sources/BoardIndex.php on line 79"

I checked permissions on the folders and files mentioned in the install doc: http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Installing

Suspect mod error somewhere but not sure where.
