Funny. I am not sure I would subject my membership to it in that way, but maybe create a board that will force that theme when they enter the board.  :)
I have done that a couple of times in the past as a joke to one of the moderators on my site who hates pink, so I created a completely pink curve variant, installed it, and set up the test board. I posted something off the wall to get her attention so she would click on it and whammo, she got pinked.  ;D
