uploading the package to a mac via fetch

Hello - iI am artpad, I have a few sites going but have never tried to put a forum on  a website before. So I am completely in the dark.
My eighteen year old friend did it, so I thought I'd try it out as I like her site so much.

I read the install blurb and waited for fetch to upload - the stuff is all on my site but how do I get started.
I use Dreamweaver CS on a mac, can anyone point me in the right direction please? Just to start me off?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
