New Forum ADMIN needs Smiley set!

Hi everyone! Im in need of a BIG smiley set. Our members are chewing my **** up about it Daily.

Or... Is there a way to set up a "upload smiley" to add it to the default set?( Like upload Avatars)

Edit: Never mind, I get it.  Just odd the slash, makes me think directories.
