It's in "5. Allowed Groups Embedded Flash 1.2.3" as I mentioned before  ::)

But as you also mentioned, the failing code is not present in the copy that was attached earlier, although a related reference to part of the mod, is.

When it comes to SMF 1, I know the square root of bugger all, which does not help our friend one bit, but if I thought it maintained a file cache I too would say to clear that out.

As far as I know there is no cache, in SMF v1.

But, I wonder if it'll be worth emptying-out your "tmp" directory?

It's in the level above public_html, if you use your FTP client.
