Before you do anything, what error is it returning? And do you have any other related errors in your Forum Error Log?
Also, which exact version of SMF are you running? And did you upgrade it from 1.1.x at some stage?

Hi LHVWB, thanks for the reply,
My first installed verion of SMF was 1.1.5 through fantastico from cpanel and i upgraded it to 1.1.6 when SMF adviced me to upgrade it,which was from admin panel and I uploaded no files for it, and then now recently I upgraded to 2.0.4 manually and I am having this problem
When I check for errors it shows no error log, where to get the error log exactly?, i guess I might be seeing on the wrong section.
So I decided to check for file version conflicts, and these listed files have a conflict version.
i guess the English UTF.php on language section is causing the error.
I didnot have any related errors
if you like to see my forum, the url is http://www.vivekwwe.com/forum
N3RVE:
You can view errors at the Forum maintenance section of the Admin CP.
I doubt it's a conflict with language files, but actual forum files (sources, etc)
Which FTP Client did you use to upload the files?
Are you sure all files were replaced? Can you re-upload all files using FileZilla, it has a section below to show which files failed, so you could re-que and overwrite all files that failed to transfer. Please, download the 2.0 Beta 4 Large Upgrade Package and re-upload all files again except upgrade.php and upgrade.sql files. :)
