Changing color of topic catagories?

How do I change the color of the topics and catagories? I checked in the index.css file and searched the forum but really coudlnt figure it out. Thanks!

I imagine this can be done in CSS, or perhaps with the help of a change to your main_block.png file.
I hope you won't mind that I've moved this to graphics and templates -- I hope you'll find more help there.
