change some text on the login page

Need some help changing some wording on the 'classic' login page. It reads "Only registered members are allowed to access this section. Please login below or register an account with......"
I'd like change some of that text, but I can't seem to find the file that contains this text so I can edit it.
Can someone point me to it?

I think you want to edit Login.english in the folder default/languages and then it should change also for the Yabb theme
