Register email will not send

On my forum, I have it set so when a member registered they get a email to activate their account. Now all of the suden the email wont send out. I've tried registering myself and it wont send it out. I checked the error log and there is nothing about registering. I'm sure none of my packages mess with it. But I will list what I have just to be sure. I have:
 - Anti Bot: Are You Human/Bot?
 - Profile Comments
 - Bot Buster
 - Add Stars To Profile
 - PM to New Members
 - Calling Your twitter
 - Add Favicon.ico Support
 - Custom Username Color
 - Member Awards
 - SA Chat
 - YouTube BBCode

Okay, figured it out. It is PHP

Anything in your error log? Have you checked your spam folder? Have you checked with your host?
