Recent changes -- themes

While working on categorizing stuff, I've made some changes to themes, installing themes, etc.
I feel like I condensed the "how to install a theme" part in the man page for themes.
The question is -- does that need to be broken out again, as an FAQ, or is the condensed version (suitable for a man page) the better way to go?

I'm thinking the "friendly FAQ" woulud be worth having.
