Birthday Post Bot

i wanna make a bot thats for birthday posts
for instance when a user puts his birthday information in and up-comes his birthday i want the bot named "Birthday Post" to make a new post in the introductions catagory that says

Ex. "us here at the {Website Name} just wan't to wish {Member Name with Link to users profile} a happy birthday!

,{website name} Team"

Get what i mean?
