I work in the lightning industry, assembling framework/parts for industrial lights and decor. Not what i want to work with really, but its a job.

Do you do any sketching of a theme or design prior to writing it?
Bloc:
Yes, most of the time i either sketch something on paper, or just using Photoshop. Even css based things are good to do this way, since I can concentrate on the layout and not code. But always with an eye of whats possible in html/css..so I don't corner myself. :)
