In some places yeah. Here, occasionally, you get worse off. And in some rare cased, you'd even have Buy 2 for £2 or something, and the individual price is £1 each anyway. :P

Or spend $600 on a $5,599 SSS and never use it.

I try to get the most out of the stuff I have, and if something's up with it I try to fix it myself before having a technician look at it.

Also I use very old parts I gather for my computer builds... :P
