Customizing SMF > Mod Requests

Flash never starts...

I have installed the arcade mod, downloaded some games, installed them, but when I click "Play" for any game, I get the flash box and the game never starts. I have tried with Tetris, Packman, and others. The browser keeps uploading forever and no game ever starts.
The reason I think it's an arcade problem is because when I try playing those games before downloading them they work properly.
I was advised to check if there's an htacess file in the games directory, but there isn't.
I was also advised to check for swf hotlinks protection, but there isn't.
What could be the problem please?
