* Deleting Individual Posts
To delete posts one at a time, go to the Post that is to be deleted and select the button that says Remove located to the right of the title of each post. An entire topic can also be removed including all of the replies by going to the bottom of the topic and selecting theRemove Topic button.
* Deleting Multiple Posts
The ability to delete multiple posts at the same time, will require checkboxes to be enabled. Follow the directions below to enable checkboxes.

We have specific formatting we follow for lists. Let's bump up the descriptions to same line as the method and separate them with a hyphen (-). Also, remember passive voice. We don't delete posts. Posts are deleted. :) So, "Posts may be deleted one at a time by..." would probably be better than "go to the post that is to be deleted." Make sense?

I would rather see that in a paragraph, rather than split out on its own line.

--- Quote from: Chas Large ---The Show quick-moderation as option has a drop-down box. Within that box select the checkboxes option. Now, go to the posts to be deleted and check the box in the upper right-hand corner of each Post that requires deletion. Upon checking the box on each individual post, scroll down to the bottom of the thread and select the Remove Selected [n] button, where [n] is the number of selected posts.
--- End quote ---

Try splitting out the part about turning on quick-moderation into a separate paragraph at the end. Then just reference the fact that quick-moderation checkboxes need to be enabled under Deleting Multiple Posts.

It's getting there. :) Keep up the good work.

* Deleting Individual Posts - posts may be deleted one at a time by selecting the Remove button located to the right of the title of each post. An entire topic may also be removed including all of the replies by selecting the Remove Topic button.
* Deleting Multiple Posts - The posts to be deleted are selected by checking the box in the upper right-hand corner of each post. Once selected scroll down to the bottom of the topic and select the Remove Selected [n] button, where [n] is the number of selected posts. I like it. :) I would just add that the Remove Topic button is at the bottom of the page, and then I think you're done here.

Sorry...little bit of confusion. I didn't mean to add anything in the second explanation about the Remove Topic; just add that it's at the bottom of the page to the first explanation. :)
