Bloc doesn't owe anyone another theme. It would be nice to have a place to download the premium themes that I paid for though. Had I known the site was going to disappear I would have downloaded them before it happened.

Seems like you are trying to dodge the issue of paid subscriptions made to you and your site?
Actually worse for some people as we paid for access to these templates that are now free for anyone?
We paid a subscription (me for a year) that offered access to all premium templates, future templates, updates, and premium support forum access.
You still have not refunded payments for services which you have not supplied - for me 6 months.
