This appears to be a common practice for Bloc, Taking funds and not fulfilling his commitments
Out 200.00 for a forum Upgrade to his premium ModernDark96 and I have been waiting since Dec 2012. He totally refuses to make contact.

You should do research before going with people. Bloc seems to "quit" quite often, quitting the game, coming back, quitting, coming back and so on and so on... I wouldn't dare spend money if I knew that.
If you have spent money and haven't got what you paid for, you should consult legal advice. You could get way more back than 200.00 with damages and so on ;)

I think that this and the other "BlocWeb" topics should be closed before things get ugly.
It's apparent that there are many dissatisfied BlocWeb customers and I truly feel for them but their issues should be handled with Bloc directly and not here in a public forum.

What good would it do? I mean since Bloc is no longer offering paid services, informing the public now is pretty much moot.
