CDN networks
(1/1)
shubha:
How to use the CDN networks. There is no plugin or mod is available for this website.
Arantor:
It would be very hard to write a plugin to make use of a CDN for most resources, especially since adding most mods will break because they'll expect things to be held locally and not remotely.
Then it varies depending on different CDNs, too.
Unless you're *super busy* and by that I mean you're not able to run it cleanly on a single dedicated server (and bear in mind, there are multi-million post forums that run on single dedicated servers), you almost certainly do not need a CDN, it's only something that can really help you with the images, CSS and JavaScript of a theme, something which can be handled at least as well as good tuning locally anyway.
shubha:
At least, the smf will open with in 2 seconds i.e best for the search engine like google.
Arantor:
Not using a crappy shared host will likely solve that - I routinely see all the content within 2 seconds on my sites on my modest VPS, less when things are properly tuned.
