Subscriptions Trouble

I have my Subscriptions set up on my forum and thru Paypal.  I had a new subscriber just now and its not working.

Any advise on settings or something i could be doing wrong?

Not working, can you provide more info.

Have Paypal cleared the funds? eg if they paid by echeck it can take weeks to clear.
