Smilies not showing

Piper:
The row of smilies above the post box is not showing. I'm getting the ALT text. The path in the source and on the server match.  Any help?

What changes did you make to the forum before you noticed this issue?

Go to Admin > Smileys and Message Icons and confirm again that the path and URL to the smilies are correct.

Use repair_settings.php and make sure that the database information is correct. Then click on the Recommended values. Save the changes. Delete the repair_settings.php file once you are done.

Thanks.  Th path was not correct since I changed the name of the folder after install.  They are working fine now.
