This makes when you hit url where it has a popup. How can I make this default? Thanks!

"Word censoring"? I get all sorts of weird things going-on, using that.

I was able to remember  :D
For those that don't know, you go:
Admin > Current Theme > Member Options > Change current options for all members using this theme
