Change icon in every section

i want ask your help for make this:

i have in my forum different pics for every section in place where there are on/off.gif i want have the same in my new forum SMF as this my old forum:

as u see for every section i have different icons.


and this is my new forum

is possible make this?

i resolve this problem before with yabbse forum with help pf angus that told me this way for resolve:

but i cannot use it in SMF cause is different structure

You seem to be using just $board (as it says "Array") but you should instead use $board['id'] to get the ID_BOARD.
