When I Install The SMF In Second Step I See THis Error Can You Help Me How Can I Fix It Please. .

This installer can connect via FTP to fix the files that need to be writable and are not. If this doesn't work for you, you will have to go in manually and make the files writable. Please note that this doesn't support SSL right now.
Unable to connect to FTP server with this combination of details.

550 Could not change perms on attachments: No such file or directory -> attachments

550 Could not change perms on cache: No such file or directory -> cache
550 Could not change perms on Packages: No such file or directory -> Packages
550 Could not change perms on Packages/installed.list: No such file or directory -> Packages/installed.list
550 Could not change perms on Smileys: No such file or directory -> Smileys
550 Could not change perms on Themes: No such file or directory -> Themes
550 Could not change perms on agreement.txt: No such file or directory -> agreement.txt
550 Could not change perms on Settings.php: No such file or directory -> Settings.php
550 Could not change perms on Settings_bak.php: No such file or directory -> Settings_bak.php

You need to manually change the files in that list so they are writable.
I change file permission so they are writable with my ftp program.

If you have cpanel you should be able to do it through there too.

Also, if you happen to be using Filezilla, to upload the files, make sure "Transfer type" is set to "binary", NOT "auto", which is the default.
