Maintenance move topics

So ... here is my suggestion:

In "Admin" > "Maintenance" > "Forum maintenance..." > "Topics" we have a "category" to "Move topics" from a board to another, would be nice if we will have a check-box "Move sticky topics", by default it will be enabled, no more explanation needed, you know what it should do.

Could be useful when we want to reset a board, some requests, but not the models/rules also.
