I have been looking for a mod or way to do this to no avail.

I would like as Admin to create a Category and when creating or modifying it I would like to select a member or members to do the following.
  1- Create/modify and delete boards and child boards and posts within that category only
  2- Chose what other members of the forum may view and post into category or boards under that category
  3- Chose a moderator for the boards under this category.
  4- ability to invite or accept request to join his category.
  5- =he should be able to select his own theme for the category if possible(not necessity)

It will be used on a community site where guilds may have their own section for their members.

Main Admin should still have permission to remove any posts, boards or categories from this private category should they not comply withing main forum rules.
