How to change FormIndex in the webpage title

Hello,

I'm a new SMF-user (2.02).
When I open my forum I see that the title of the webpage is like "domainname.com - FORMINDEX". How can I change "Formindex" into a text that fits my forum.

I think you can change it by the changing the keywords in meta tags, but what is the best way to do that. The same way I want to change the description in the meta tags. Is there an admin section were this can be changed?

For those who want to know, I found a way to change the webpage title:

In the language page "index.yourlanguage.php" find:
$txt['forum_index'] = '%1$s - Index'.

Change this into:
$txt['forum_index'] = '%1$s - YOUR TITLE-TEXT'.
