Logging in with an e-mail

Is there any type of mod that I can use so users can register a user and e-mail, but have to sign in with their e-mail to access their account. I'm aware that without any modification you are able to login to a forum with either a username or e-mail, however I don't want users to be able to login with a username (for security reasons).
