Ok many thanks for the links.
However, your template and css are for SMF RC3 and that theme was certainly updated for 2.0 Gold and above by Dziner. There might even have been an interim RC5 version.
I've seen that same issue before on Dziner themes and it was only fixed by updating the theme to the latest version. The CSS certainly changed and there may well have been template changes as well.
If you check over at Dziner you'll see that ARG, the lead designer of that theme, will confirm that "Zone99 .... ....may not function properly with SMF 2.0", unless the correct version is used.
However, as it's a paid theme then obviously you'll still need to have a current subscription in place for support and to download the updated theme.

I'm sure that Dziner would appreciate your reporting to them where you got the theme from, so that they can take legal action against that site.
It's a long shot, but if this theme worked previously, and you've run repair_settings.php to fix all the paths, there is a possibility that your image and attachment files were corrupted during the transfer. If you used Filezilla to FTP the contents to your PC, and then back to the new site, in "automatic" mode, if may have transferred some binary files in ASCII mode, which corrupts them. That's something to check for, particularly with attachment files with no extension on their hashed filenames. Check them before you lose the old copies on the old site forever (if it's not too late!). I wouldn't think that this would affect any of the theme's files, but maybe Dziner has some binary files in their theme?
