Translators: Please don't rewrite the "base" (English) pages

It's individual page, not translated core page though. As far as i know that is just fine, as long as core page isn't translated.

There are few (or several, I can't say exactly) pages around in different languages (this one is not even so old in fact). See for example Pagina_Principala or Main_Page/tr.
I think some of them are experiments done in the past to understand the best way to proceed with the translation.

I think that for now we can just leave them where they are.

agridoc:
I had seen that it was a partial translation of Installing page, with title changed, not in lang dir.

Sorry but it's a mess allaround, a lot of work to be done.
