I'm fairly sure you can put it in [b] ... [/b] in the agreement, or failing that you should be able to wrap it in <b> ... </b>.

The verification on the first 10 posts was pretty annoying but is a great deterrent against spambots. Just got to figure a way to have it on my site and alert new users so it doesn't keep them away.
