How do i create a database using phpmyadmin

Well, i'm brand new to this sort of stuff and i have no idea what to put in my database, please help..

I find the easiest way is to go to CPanel>Databases>MySQL® Databases and use the "Create a new database" box.

No, i know all that, it's just what to put in it is what i don't know..
