I noticed the settings working fine? Give a step by step explanation too on how to reproduce this issue. Also if you are submitting a but report it should be in the Bug Reports forum. ;)

I set the rules of signatures for 600x120 pixels, and I saved it or applied it.
Then I asked my friends to try a signature with a size bigger than what I chosen and they could. The same happens for avatars.

Only if it is because the server is free, I already had problems on version 1.x where it didn't show up the smiles, nor images of the games on smf arcade
