Question on Karma Feature

I've search and skimmed for answers all the time and can usually find them (hence my low post count  O:)) however, in the wiki it talks about Karma permissions. I can't find the page to modify length of time on modifying someone's karma. The default is 1 hour, I'd like to be able to change that to 24 hours for Regular Members.

Could anyone help please?

That could be a bit clearer. You can find the karma settings here: Admin -> Configuration -> Features and Options -> Karma

That is assuming you have enabled it in Admin -> Configuration -> Core Features
