Hello,
When the member reply the post . He will get the automatically email notification.

Is their default option .

It might be default,but it just depends on their notification settings,which can be changed via profile settings

The members are not recieve the email. I want to do it default. When the any member will join and get it default.

You can use this mod,but it will only have effect on new users

you dont need a mod to do this

Admin -> Current Theme -> Member Options -> Change current options for all members using this theme
Admin -> Current Theme -> Member Options -> Configure guest and new user options for this theme

Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.
