Packing themes questions

- How precisely are the language packs (buttons) to be packed? How to make sure they are unpacked in the right theme folder?
- How can the themes directory name be defaulted? (can it?)

Right now, language packages are not well set up.  Currently, it's just made by a zip of all the files in the tree.... only the ones for that language.

For more information, take a look at one of the existing language packages on the download page.

The package manager is not ready yet, however.
