i have problem wiht index.php

Hello SMF Friends !!
        I got some problem with my index page.When i open my site with index.php~ that showing alot of Error codding that come.i think that not normal.But I don't know how to fix it. And I just wanted to Protected from Spammer Or Hacker.Please i really need some one to help me out. I'm sorry for my english is not in good. :))

also, you should note: index.php~ is the index file which was saved before the installation of some mod...  this means that you will get errors if the mod is looking for changes that it expects to have been made to the index.php file.
Additionally, index.php~ is not a valid file for the REST of the forum... you would have to rename it index.php

OK, what mods have you installed recently? And let's clear up whether you're using index.php~ on your site or just index.php. Definitely some differences there. :)
