website problem

hi there i've just made a website i have a server called apache and ive got xampp as well?
now i gave people this link energyextreme.strangled.net to goto but no one can see the website only me?

please can someone help me out here

Is strangled.net on a server that is permanently connected to the Internet? Note that a PC-based (e.g., XAMPP) server is asking for trouble -- it will be hacked before you can say, "what's that?". If it's on a real server, how long has been since the registration was last updated? It can take up to 72 hours (usually 24) for changes at the registrar to spread around the world for others to use. Finally, is your configuration (Settings.php) updated to use the energyextreme.strangled.net instead of 127.0.0.1?
