pls i am trying to open my forum now www.havilah.info and i am seeing this error

Fatal error: print_r() [<a href='ref.outcontrol'>ref.outcontrol</a>]: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in /home/seeker/public_html/Sources/Load.php(2151) : eval()'d code on line 1


pls what could be wrong and i have attached the load.php

the last mod i installed was pretty url and  i till checked the forum after that and it was fine, i just put on my pc now and i was shock seeing this

pls if there is no solution then is there are smf installation that can correct any error of such , maybe anything from smf that can uninstall all my  mod for me and thereby correct the error?
