Are you using joomla or something similar with your forum as it looks to be an issue with that software and not SMF!?

If you are not using Joomla, you are basically safe because it is a Joomla vulnerability - and quite often bots try and use every single vulnerability that they know to break in.

No I only use SMF 2.0.2 version.

Then you are basically safe because it's a bot just trying everything - it isn't getting in.
