As i downloaded the Thank o matic my forums broke...

, so i downloaded 2012-07-11_before_Thank_2.tar.gz because this is what broke it for me.

On the tut it says to

It's a "gz" file.

When you dearchive it you'll be left with a "tar" file.

If you dearchive that, you'll find loads of files and directories.

Upload those files and directories to your forum, overwriting what's there, now. (It'll take a while).

When that's done, Voila! Your forum should be exactly as it was, before you installed the mod!

when i downloaded it, it showd index.txt can anyone help me from here on? Please im in big trouble.

OK. I've downloaded "2012-07-11_before_Thank_2.tar.gz" and dearchived it.

There's a LOT more in it than just index.php. :)

Do you want me to upload everything, to see if it fixes things?

Yes please! thanks man, this forum is really everything me and my friend worked on and to see it just brake after a mod. If you can fix it you are the best mate!
