Message icons in table with selection bullets

Can anyone assist me how to put the available message icons in a table with selections bullets when posting or editing post?
Don't like the dropdown list.
It's mainly gonna be used to ad countryflag to a topic.

Not compatible with 2.0.2, trying manual install but don't find all the strings to replace...

Found the problem :)
The code is written for td but in 2.0.2 dd is used to create table.
Problem solved, thanks for the link!
I browsed all 2.0.2 compatible mods but didn't find it...
