SMF2 and document indexing system

Hi,

We use SMF as a system for our musical group to not only keep all our members linked up and informed but also to keep all our meeting minutes and documents filed in.

The problem is there is no way of searching within Documents (Word and PDF mainly) to find things.

Is there any sort of document indexing system that could index all our attachments in SMF so they can be searched?

If not, can anybody suggest any other way of doing this?

searching within, especially word docs, would be rather difficult.

But, no, there is definitely no function or mod for SMF to do this...

There may be some sort of external program that could be bridged... but I could not find one.
