Auto Link Building mod on post?

Please i am looking for a mod for Auto Link building mod. Let me explain

If you are reading a post, some of the words or Sentences will be linked ( not adverts). Once you click on any of them, you will be taken to another post in the same blog. Since i have numerous Posts on my forum which i cannot do manual because it will be hard to link them all manually. So do we have such AUTO LINK BUILDING MOD???????

Have you searched the mods?

I am pretty sure there is something for that because I remember seeing it.

Keep in mind though, it won't work on the existing ones so you would have to manually do them It would only work from the time the mod was installed.
