How to disable personal message for members in forum

Hi i am running my forum with smf 2.0 beta4, i thought to disable personal message sending between users can any one help me

AdminCP -> Permissions -> Regular Members (Modify) -> Send personal messages

That permission should be unchecked

Is it possible to disable personal messaging globally, even for admins? There's no "Modify" link to change admin permissions, so even following your instructions, admins can still send personal messages, which I want to disallow.

Nope, there is no way to do that in SMF without code changes, and it's more than few, too (plus most themes don't know how to cope with it either so you'd still see bits of that shown on most themes)
