Funny, I didn't realise it was possible to disable quick edit.

I believe they must have disabled editing and they were referring to subject changes on replies?

That's weird though - if you can edit a post, you can normally edit its subject - if you can't edit replies, you have no need to worry about editing their title either.

Sounds to me as though it's only been disabled for regular edit, not quick edit.
