HT stop child board posts from appearing in main index view

I'm using 2.0.2, curve

Am wondering if it's possible to stop posts made in child boards from appearing on the main index; in other words, only posts from the parent board, even if older than those made in its children, would appear on the front page.

Yes, I too would love to be able to have the child boards NOT appear on the main index page. Any help is much appreciated.

There's a mod for that; what I was after was to have the boards themselves appear but not the latest posts.


Or even not have the boards appear on the main index, as with the mod, but also not have the posts appear on that index; in other words, have them only appear on their parent board, posts as well.
