Simple integration hook example....?

Is there a simple integration hook example I could look at?

I want to run some code when a user is deleted and also possibly when he's banned. Could someone provide the a basic example of how I'd go about that?

Have you read this page, wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Integration_hooks? That's where I got my feet wet with integration hooks. They work so well I'm probably going to recode my mod to use just them if possible.
