First off, try going to your site's CPAnel>Database?>MySQL Databases and repairing it.

If that's a nada, have a chat with your host.

If you're running at version 1.1.15 and your database is still really at 1.1.2, the code and database layout don't quite match up. It may have nothing to do with the table needing repair (a separate issue), but once that's fixed, you should upgrade to 1.1.16 and make sure upgrade.php is run, to bring the database up to 1.1.16 format. At the very least, get your 1.1.15 upgrade.php and run that. It would be good to put the forum in maintenance mode first, so that members aren't actively changing the database, before doing the repair and upgrade (it would be a good time to back up your database, too, after the repair and before the upgrade). If you're sure that the upgrade has been run, in the smf_settings table, smfVersion should be "1.1.15" or "1.1.16".
