How to adjust signature?

My sigs and picture attachments in the post appear as thumbnails, is there a way to make them appear full size without having to click on them?

Do you mean pictures that are attached to a post?

I mean pictures that are part of the signature

Amats:
The pictures show up as a 1" by 1" thumbnail.  How do I make them show up as a full size picture instead of a thumbnail?

Admin -> Configuration -> Features and Options -> Signatures

Change max width and height of signature images.
